Facilities

Old textile mill in Pleasley Vale has been converted into a office and factory facility by Bolsver District Council.  The Whaley Thorns and Langwith Village Company are managing a 1500 sq ft 19 desk office space facility on floor K2.  The mill is situated half way between Mansfield and Bolsover on the A617.  Four miles from junction 29 of the M1 motorway; it is ideally situated at the centre of the former mining area of North Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire known as the Meden Valley.

It comprises of:-

  • 19 RENT'a'DESK places open plan style
  • 2 Meeting Rooms
  • Filing/Facilities/Stationery Store
  • 1 Networked Server / ICT suite room
  • 1 Fully Equipped Kitchen
  • The whole floor is ICT wired (Networked and Telephony for normal Internet access)
  • Restroom facilities
  • Lift
  • The Mills have CCTV and are monitored 24/7 by a security company based in the Mill.
